In my ‘down time’ I compete at GB Age Group in both Duathlon and Triathlon. It was competing at this level that first opened my eyes to the benefits of acupuncture and its ancillary techniques including cupping, moxibustion, gua sha and electro-acupuncture, which all help to keep me ‘match-fit’!

I have a passionate belief in keeping the body, mind and spirit functioning optimally before it becomes unbalanced, by supporting emotional harmony. The Five Element approach in particular focuses on this aspect.

I practice voluntarily one morning per week at the Wessex Cancer Support Centre treating clients undergoing or on completion of their cancer treatment, treating side effects including pain, nausea, neuropathy and bowel irregularities as well as insomnia and emotional issues. My other clinical interests are women’s health (including fertility issues), men’s health, musculoskeletal conditions including arthritis, and chronic conditions like migraines.
